I bought these for my boyfriend as a Christmas Present and so far they are holding him in good stead. I haven't used them personally but I know that he is happy with them and has been having more fun in the kitchen.

Love these chopping boards. The bamboo is lightweight and they wipe clean easily. I chopped beets on one and so far no staining. I am very happy with these.

They store easily and look great. Just oil them from time to time. I use butcher block oil (tung oil I believe) but that's just because I happen to have it. Olive oil works fine on cutting boards as well.
